    At JTG Presents, we value your time and investment in our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds may apply.

    1. Service Bookings (Consulting, Strategy Sessions, Events)

    • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and preparation time.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.

    • No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

    2. Rescheduling

    • Clients may reschedule a service once without penalty if notice is given at least 36 hours in advance.

    • Additional reschedules may incur a fee of 5% of total service fee or $25 for every one-half hour (30 minutes) scheduled/intended.

    3. Digital Products

    • Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., workbooks, templates, online courses), all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered/accessed.

    4. Event Registrations (if applicable)

    • Refunds for ticketed events may be available up to 3 days before the event, less processing fees.

    • Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another attendee by notifying us at least 5 days in advance.

    5. Exceptional Circumstances

    Refund requests outside of the stated terms may be considered at the discretion of JTG Presents in cases of documented emergencies.
