Planning Fee Tiers
Your planning fee is based on the size and complexity of your group. All tiers include a 30-minute group consult, personalized planning support, and full coordination of hotel logistics, room blocks, and key amenities.
Small Groups (4–8 guests): $299
Mid-Sized Groups (9–20 guests): $499
Large Groups (21–50 guests): $749
Very Large Groups (51+ guests): Custom Proposal Required
For groups of 51 or more, please use the Group Inquiry Form to request a quote and begin the planning process. This tier requires a formal proposal and cannot be booked directly through the shop.
Please Note:
The service fee for this offering is a non-refundable planning fee required to begin the booking process. It covers the personalized itinerary design, travel research, and expert support you receive before and during your trip. This fee is not applied to the cost of travel and is separate from any commissions I may receive from travel suppliers.
